marketing services
are a valuable asset to your marketing program; design is
billable at $65/hour + applicable taxes.

SCAN & SHRED
Scanning bulk sets of documents and digitization
(PDF/jpeg, etc). Organized as you require on memory stick or
CD/DVD). Fees various based on document condition, page
size(s), and PDF compilation requirements.

Shredding of old documentation. $1.50 / lb.
Fax Services
Need to send a fax? 55¢ per page (after first-page fee:
$1.99 for local or toll-free, $2.50 for long distance in
Canada/USA, and $4.50 for International).
Receiving a fax here? First page $2.50 then 55¢ for
each page after that (up to 11th page, then 35¢ for page 12
onward). Advise your sender to use a cover sheet
with your name and contact info on it.
We receive faxes at
250-642-7785.
To send your fax, drop into our office at 2050-D Townsend Road
(across from CIBC Bank / same parking lot area as Salvation
Army). Cover sheets
available here (optional).
If you're anywhere outside of Sooke (or even at your desk in
Sooke) send us your file by email to
fax@maplelinebusinesscentre.com and we'll print it, then fax
it to the destination you require. Phone 250-642-7729 to let
us know your job is coming and to provide
your credit card info for payment. Be sure to tell us the
fax number that your document needs to be sent to. We will use a
cover sheet to make sure your transmission reaches its required
destination.
Note: faxing is a helpful alternative to emailing, when and if
the Internet is down or unavailable. Also, it's faster (and
usually cheaper) than
sending a document by courier. As well, some government
departments, banks and real estate companies require that documents be faxed instead of scanned
and emailed.
Buy your office supplies right here in Sooke. Save yourself the trip into Langford or
Victoria. We sell pens, paper, binders, dividers, staplers
and staples, markers, invoice/receipt books, notepads, rulers, and
some school supplies too.

Inkjet Cartridges & Printer Toner
We can order inkjet cartridges and printer toner for you
with a 3- to 4-day turnaround. We offer low prices
on these properly remanufactured products.
Bring in your old toner/ink cartridges for recycling.

Hosting
We offer a select range of specialized online data
services:
Website navigation planning -- this is an editorial,
marketing and design consulting service. Starts at $65/hour.
Gives you a tech-ready document to take your web designer.
Web hosting & email -- We provide reliable
web-hosting and
custom email addresses (available on Exchange server) on a
highspeed line from our Brookeline server in Victoria, BC.
Content development -- new ideas and writing or buffing up
what you already have online.
Domain registration. Domain/web-hosting and email.
Remote backup services so you have a copy of your files
when needed in cases of hard drive failure or damage/loss of
computer equipment.
