 Black and White Copies

Black and white output on 20 lb. white bond. All fees + HST. STOCK: Add 3¢/sheet for pastel colour bond; add 7¢ per sheet for 28 lb. laser; add 17¢/sheet for neons/brights.  SIZE VARIATION:  For legal size (8.5" x 14") add 7¢/sheet to the 8.5" x 11"  price.

  Standard file loading fee (from email, flash drive, CD/DVD) -- $4.95 per file set (or $2.00 if simple, small file with no manipulation required).  We can accept professional-quality design files as PDF, Publisher, PageMaker, InDesign or Illustrator. Image files may be PDF, jpeg, tif or eps.

  Design fees or file adjustments prior to printing -- $60/hour (pro-rated for time actually used).

  2-sided copies: double the above prices (ask for details/bulk rates)

  We recommend asking for 28 lb. white laser paper for a higher quality black-and-white image.  See price list for additional cost.

  Flyers and posters (choose from a wide variety of stock colours) in standard sizes:  8.5" x 11" (letter), 8.5" x 14" (legal), 11"x17" (tabloid).

 Document Binding

We do spiral and cerlox binding, as well as stapling, hole punching and binder assembly.  Minimum per cerlox/spiral bound document is $2.50 setup then SMALL $2.55 each, MEDIUM $2.75 each, or LARGE $3.25 each.

 Photo Restoration/Enhancement

Rescue the printed photo images that are fading away in your photo albums.  Using Photoshop we can remove the appearance of creases, folds and tears and restore colours to a better balance.  Final photos either digitized (on CD) or printed.

 Document Framing

We can design custom certificates for special events and occasions.  Bring in a custom frame and we'll design the certificate for the best possible presentation. Allow 3 to 5 days turnaround.

 Colour Copies

High quality colour output ~ price per copy or digital image (on white 28 lb laser) + HST.

  We often use the colour copier to assure high-quality black-and-white output (appropriate for drawings, photographs, etc.) -- please discuss print quality with us before ordering.

  Art cards. Bring in your artwork for high-res scanning. We do the card formatting, printing, and scoring.

 Business Cards

Need some new business cards or a reprint of an existing file?  Ask for a price quote.  Here are the usual rates on 11 pt white matte or medium-weight 12 pt cardstock:

  Additional fees for design ($60/hour), scanning ($2/scan), illustrations, photo adjustments or stock purchases, logo design, format for 2nd side, full bleed.

  Business cards normally printed on 11 pt or 12 pt cardstock. Additional fees for extra-firm/heavy cardstock (ask for quote).

  We can coordinate your business card design with other PR materials (e.g. flyers, brochures, ads, website).

  Files built in Word are generally not acceptable for business card production. Send as PDF, jpeg, tif, or psd.

 Faxing

Need to send a fax?  55 cents per page (after first-page fee: $1.89 for local or toll-free, $2.50 for long distance in Canada/USA, and $4.50 for International).

Receiving a fax here? First page $2.50 then 55 cents for each page after that.  Advise your sender to use a cover sheet with your name and contact info on it. We receive faxes at 250-642-7785.

  If you're local, drop into our office at 6707 West Coast Road (in the green building beside Sooke Power Supply) to send your fax. We provide fax cover sheets if you need one.

  If you're anywhere outside of Sooke (or even at your desk in Sooke) send us your file by email to fax@maplelinebusinesscentre.com and we'll print it, then fax it to the destination you require. Phone 250-642-7729 to provide your credit card info for payment.  Be sure to tell us the fax number that your document needs to be sent to, and if a cover sheet is required.

 Laminating

Need to plasticize your important documents?  Small, medium and large laminating options available. Combine several smaller documents on one larger laminate sheet, to help save on costs. Rounded corners available. Cutting fee may apply.

  Wallet card / luggage tag with loop: $2.75 each

  8.5" x 11":  $2.50 each (1 to 5); $2.25 (6 or more)

  8.5" x 14":  $3.79 each (1 to 10); $3.25 (11 or more)

  11" x 17":  $4.95 each
